Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities: 5–7 working days
• Other regions: 7–10 working days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions, where available, will be clearly stated.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier tracking to update.

Delays & Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and then contact our support team.
