Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, please contact us at info@shuchilabel.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number when contacting us.

• We will review the request and inform you about the approval status within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds may be refused for items that show signs of misuse or are outside the return window.
• Certain items (e.g. final sale, hygiene/personal care) may not be eligible for refund — if applicable, this will be mentioned on the product page.

If a return is approved, we will inform you whether return shipping is covered by us or the customer.
